หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• The accountant is responsible for Account Receivable, Month End and Year End Closing and Liaise with External Auditors.
• Good coordination and interactions with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Project Manager, Operations team, etc.
• Month End and Year End Closing to ensure compliance of Financial Statement and are recorded accurately and timely.
• Manage AR Aging, AR account reconcile and collection - analysis overdue reasons and proposes solutions for collection.
• Responsible for account receivable and billing.
• Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases.
• Performing Bank Reconciliation – AR part.
• Prepare monthly and forecasting report.
• Reconcile account record and tax posted each month (Output Vat, WHT).
• Work closely and coordinate with other teams to ensure compliance with Finance Policies and Procedures.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• At least 2+ years of experience in AR/Accounts/Finance including full sets of accounts.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of finance, full sets of accountings.
• Ability to understand business models and analyze financial data.
