หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and validate the accuracy of pricing, such as Purchase Orders (PO) for refined petroleum products and biofuels in the SAP system.
• Record and verify pricing elements, ensuring they are accurate for the business.
• Recheck pricing conditions in SAP and confirm the correctness of customer invoice selling prices.
• Manage the payment process for refineries and suppliers, including generating purchase reports.
• Coordinate with terminals to verify delivery dates and shipment quantities.
• Oversee the monthly invoice process and ensure payments to suppliers are made on time according to contract terms.
• Handle credit and debit notes for price adjustments.
• Coordinate with related finance teams to resolve payment transaction issues.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related file is preferable
• Understanding of the SAP system is preferable.
• High level of being reliable, keeping confidentiality, and responsibility and accountability.
• Communication skills in both Thai and English (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
