Responsible

  • Responsible for providing product information and usage instructions via telephone, Line Official, Facebook, Email, and Website.
  • Responsible for answering inquires and coordinating to resolve product issues for customers via telephone, Line Official, Facebook, Email, and Website.
  • Responsible for selling spare parts and finished products.
  • Responsible for receiving product and service complaints from customers, analyzing the issues, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure resolution.
  • Responsible for providing correct advice on spare parts purchases to customers
  • Responsible for receiving orders, verifying spare part order details, tracking order status, and providing regular updates to customers.
  • Checking payment transfer evidence provided by customers.

    Knowledge and competence qualifications

  • Graduated with Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Public Relations or any related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in communication-related roles. (If you have experience in customer service or social media interaction, it would be an advantage.)
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) would be an advantage.
  • Have a computer skills.
  • Has a passion in customer service.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to analyze and solve problems.
  • Alertness for work and good interpersonal skills.
  • Has patience and be able to control your emotions, and be able to work well under pressure.
