To direct solicitation calls on locally assigned accounts, selling all club services and facilities, mainly focusing on membership sales and corporate tournaments.

To build and maintain good relationships with members by telephone, correspondence, personal visits, or club visits by the membership team

To achieve membership sales and tournament target as established by the Board of Directors and Management.

To proactively search for new potential accounts and pursue the account until the sale is successful.

Building brand awareness and positioning. Help organize club trade shows and major events.

Handling social media, member relation efforts, and content marketing.

To prepare and submit such regular or special reports as required by the GM

To closely coordinate with other departments in arranging special events for booked business.

To attend internal/external sales meetings called by the GM.

To work closely with the membership and golf operation team to help achieve customer satisfaction. Have weekly meetings to discuss member feedback and comments from their experiences.

Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding member requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.

Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks
