หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Overcome roadblocks to ensure shipments are made in line with internal and external’s customer’s requirements, company policy, international trade regulations. - Monitor and execute shipments clearance for Import and Export and Parts Distribution. - Provide customs clearance instruction and associated document to Customs brokers - Perform pre-clearance for urgent shipment - Understand H.S. Code and tariff and work with Customs team to clarify dispute in case of Customs inspection. - Apply for import licenses if required. (Thai FDA, TISI, CBWM etc.) - Track and confirm delivery address to freight forwarder. - Proactively inform relevant parties on shipment status, exceptions and provides intermediate updates on incident solution. - Prepare DG document for export DG shipment - Coordinate with Service Field Engineer Team and provide delivery instruction to Warehouse Operators for part sourced at local warehouse. - Manage domestic transport as well as reverse logistics for part return to warehouse. - Coordinate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Service team, Customs team, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse Team, freight forwarders, and relevant parties in handling shipments. - Review Logistics costs and process payment for 3PLs. - Prepare logistics tracker report. - Undertake other assignments delegated by supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administrations - Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations with knowledge of Customs, freight management. Familiarity with various logistics mode, especially Air Freight and Express courier - Proficient in Thai and English both written and spoken - Proficient in MS Office - Interpersonal skills, strong communication and coordination skills - Problem solving skill - High energy and results focused - Good team player and able to work in multicultural environment
