หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS). • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. • Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 8 years+ of hands-on experience in network infrastructure system-based production environment. • Proven hands-on network engineering experience. • Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools • Strong or excellent knowledge of Cisco Routers, Switches and Security Concepts, BGP/EIGRP routing concepts, NAT, PBR, QOS concepts and HRSP concepts. • Have thorough knowledge of TCP/IP protocols. • Knowledge of Security principles and familiarity with Checkpoint/Palo Alto firewalls and IPS/IDP. • Understanding in WIFI management concept • Excellent problem-solving skills, Able to troubleshoot connectivity issue and explain technical issues clearly. • Knowledge of network monitoring tools and able to maintain the existing and additional • Configuration for the existing and new devices. • Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information. • Experience for working in enterprise environment. • Good Communication in English.
