- Report to the head of operations and be responsible for the overall operational performance of the site. - Act as the key contact point for the customer. - Ensure meeting desired customer expectations in line with the agreed service scope in the contract. - Responsibility in managing the operation in line with the desired safety and quality standards. - Be responsible in meeting desired productivity levels in the operation and achieve KPIs. - Manage and coordinate with the suppliers timely to ensure zero disruptions in the operation. - Give leadership to site staff and work towards maintaining a healthy employee satisfaction level. - Keep all required records to ensure timely processing of monthly billing details Ensure meeting operational excellence standards and audit criterions.
