Legal Counsel

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Draft, prepare, and review legal documents and or agreements.
• Provide legal advice, identify business risks, and make appropriate recommendations to management and coworkers.
• Prepare & organize visa and work permit issues for expatriate coworkers.
• Handle corporate registration, government permits, and business licenses.
• Liaison and contact with the government agencies.
• Supervise contract negotiations in Thai and in English and attend meetings related.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Thai Nationals aged between 23-40, with bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from reputable educational institutions.
• Lawyer’s License and Notarial Services Attorney are required • Knowledge of laws, especially, the corporate, commercial laws, contract, labour, intellectual properties, information technology, data protection, and where to find precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and other related legal information.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and work plan management skills.
• Competent, highly responsible, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and to handle highly effective in multi-tasks and works well with multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
