1.Responsible for collecting information and storing documents. 2.Contact and coordinate both within the agency and outside other agencies. 3. Prepare meeting presentation files 4.Prepare a monthly disbursement report. 5.Proceed with the withdrawal of items according to the approved list. 6.Inform news to various departments. 7.Coordinate with other departments 8.Follow up on work ordered by supervisors.
