Responsible

Study production process and design the process flow for production in order to produce the product out with good quality

Study and improve quality and cycle time for casting, molding, surface finishing of semi-finished product in order to supply in good quality within cycle time allowance

Study process parameters to ensure all the parameters are optimum and the products are produced with good quality

Establish standard Work Instruction and standard process parameters for all process refer to the process flow chart as for standardize practice

Adjust/improve production process in case of non-conformity is generated from unsuitable processing

Closely interact and communicate with QA/QC team to ensure the product are free from defective including to improve the product quality continuously

Monitor, evaluate and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of production processes to ensure continuous improvement

Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for all quality issue including to find corrective and permanent actions to prevent from recurrence

Import training/coaching to frontline operators and all concerned people to ensure their working procedure is complied per the defined work instruction

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Male, female, age 25 - 35 years and up

Graduated with a bachelor's degree in engineering. Metallurgy / Materials Science major

Have at least 3 years of experience in Sand Casting and Gravity Casting

Knowledge of Casting Simulation software such as Pro-Cast and others

Have sufficient knowledge of English

Have good knowledge in using computer programs including MICROSOFT OFFICE (MS.WORD, MS.EXCEL, POWERPOINT).
