Establish and maintain long-term client relationships.

Ensure timely completion of projects according to contract terms.

Manage customer satisfaction by prioritizing issues.

Plan, deploy, and coordinate manpower.

Provide necessary information and guidance to supervisors and subordinates.

Qualification

Gender : Male

Age(Yr) : 40 - 50

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 8 - More than 10

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Male, Thai nationality, Acceptable age: 40 or above, preferably 45 or above

Minimum of 8 years' experience as a project manager or project director.

Experience in mechanical and electrical system installation projects (MEP Service) and business management.

Have connections with consultants, designers, owners, and suppliers.

Experience in project bidding, Have skills in cost estimation.

Engineer license level 2 or above
