• 1.Product strategy and roadmap: Develop and maintain new business prospects, a product vision, and an implementation roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and industry trends.
• 2. Market Intelligence & Customer Insights - Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis in digital dentistry, dental materials and telehealth. - Gather direct feedback from key opinion-leader dentists and clinic partners to shape product requirements. - Translate insights into business cases and go-to-market plans.
• 3. Partnership Development - Source, evaluate and negotiate with technology vendors, academic institutions and industry consortia. - Structure pilot agreements and co-development projects—e.g., AI scanning pilots with major clinics. - Manage commercial terms, NDAs and compliance checkpoints.
• 4. Product & Program Management - Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, marketing) to launch new digital services on time and on budget. - Oversee vendor onboarding, project timelines, risk logs and budget tracking. - Ensure continuous improvement via user feedback loops and performance analytics.
• 5. Training & Adoption - Develop SOPs and training curricula for clinical and non-clinical staff on new technologies (e.g., scanning protocols, AI dashboards). - Deliver workshops and create digital-first learning materials to drive rapid adoption.
• 6. Performance Analytics & Reporting - Build and maintain dashboards tracking device utilization, service volumes, revenue impact and customer satisfaction. - Present quarterly insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• 2+ years in business development or product management within healthcare technology, medical devices or digital dentistry.
• Proven track record launching B2B solutions—from ideation through go-to-market.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with Excel or BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Exceptional communicator in Thai and English—able to present complex technical concepts to dentists, C-suite and technical teams alike.
• Collaborative mindset with a bias for action; thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
• Creative problem-solver who sees opportunity in emerging tech and ambiguous challenges
