Coordinates with Construction, Engineer and Designers to ensure all designs and layouts are aligned according to given criteria.

Overlook at all necessary documents approval related to run the businesses, from the construction to the operation of assigned project

Manage and control project timeline and ensuring of the completion of all tasks

Ensures quality of works and smooth site handover to the operations team.

Estimate and control budget, be able to identify the problem and solution

Coordinate between stores and third parties for all store maintenance supports

Summarize, and analyst budgeting report

Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields

At least 2-3 years working experience

Knowledge of standard, practices and techniques of project management

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Problem solving skill and can-do attitude

Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Basic skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
