หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Managing all HR functions i.e., Human Resource Management including of compensation & benefits, payroll administration and strategic management regarding HR issues. • Executing HR processes in full compliance with the related legal and regulatory (internal, external) frameworks. • Leading project preparation – HR policies, career path/plan, succession plan – working with HR consultants and being responsible for HR policies, procedures, and work regulations. • Handling processes related to internal promotion, employee movement, special adjustment, and leavers or terminations. • Taking care of the orderliness within the organization and employee welfare such as vaccination and COVID situation and monitoring. • Ensuring the completion of the employee on-boarding processes. • Managing and monitoring leave and absence and making an exit interview for preventive. • Handling annual HR budgeting and HR expense clearing, and other related issues. • Monitoring Corporate KPIs, the performance management system (PMS) and incremental • Designing and implementing KPIs matters, and HR projects across the company. consideration processes, and HR projects across the organization to align with MINOR. • Being responsible for update and maintain policies, procedures, and work regulations. • Performing various other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 5 years’ experience in handling a full set of human resource functions. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Initiative, flexible and able to work under pressure. • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail. • Comfortable with technology and online tools related to HR and team collaboration. • Good knowledge of labor laws and other related laws is preferred. • Computer literate in MS Office.
