Sales Executive - Cross Border

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To generate revenue in alignment with the organization’s targets by actively identifying potential merchants’ needs and bridging those gaps
• Perform lead generation and market research regularly to understand the business landscape better and to be able to identify business opportunities before it becomes a ‘miss’
• Identify and improve gaps in processes for market research, business development and/or sales tactics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in order to bring a better solution for the merchants
• Grow strong business relationships with merchants / potential merchants so that we have a better understanding of their business needs and by extension the market’s needs

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Degree or equivalent in logistics or related fields
• Able to identify and understand the needs of the customers and address those needs
• Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.), Google tools and other related tools
• Experienced in data-driven sales approaches including understanding sales metrics and KPIs
• Thai & English, Fluent (written and spoken)
