Maintenance Engineer Oversea(LPG Truck and Tanker Trailers)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance status, and recurring mechanical problems
• Develop and maintain an overall maintenance system for the LPG transportation fleet
• Coordinate with drivers, technicians, workshops, suppliers, and relevant departments to ensure vehicles are safe and available for operation
• Monitor vehicle downtime and identify opportunities to improve fleet reliability and efficiency
• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules based on vehicle specifications, mileage, operating hours, and actual operating conditions
• Plan and monitor periodic inspections, servicing, repairs, and major maintenance activities
• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine appropriate corrective actions
• Analyze recurring failures and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent repeated breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, breakdowns, and spare parts usage
• Ensure vehicle maintenance activities comply with company safety requirements and applicable Malaysian regulations

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related technical field is preferred
• Experience in heavy-duty vehicles, tanker trucks, or transportation equipment is preferred
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
• Ability to diagnose mechanical problems, identify root causes, and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multicultural teams
