Business Development Manager (BDM)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Strategic Business Development Study market trends, competitors, economic conditions, and customer needs to develop short- and long-term business plans. Find and evaluate new business opportunities, such as new markets, products, services, business partnerships, and M&A. Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and investment proposals for senior management. Develop strategies to increase revenue, gain new customers, and grow the business.
• Leadership & Team Management Manage and support Sales Managers in setting sales plans, sales targets, team structure, and overall team performance. Guide Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing key customers, maintaining customer relationships, and finding opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Review the performance of team managers and provide coaching and mentoring to improve their skills and performance. Work with different departments to solve problems and improve teamwork.
• Executive Relationship Management Represent the company in negotiations and closing large, complex, or high-value business deals. Build and maintain good relationships with business partners, suppliers, and key customers at the management level. Develop business partnerships that can create new business opportunities and support company growth.
• Financial & Commercial Management Plan and control the Business Development and Sales budgets to ensure effective use of company resources. Review sales revenue, costs, profit, and project results to support business decisions. Monitor sales performance, revenue, gross profit, and team KPIs to achieve company targets. Identify business risks and find ways to reduce their impact on revenue and profit.
• Cross-functional Management Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Service, Operations, and other departments to achieve business goals. Follow up on key projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the plan. Prepare and present business performance reports, market information, and business recommendations to senior management.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of commercial experience in medical device or aesthetic device distribution.
• Minimum 1–5 years in a managerial role with proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing P&L.
• Deep understanding of the Thai healthcare system, hospital purchasing protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial acumen with proven abilities in cost control, budgeting, and margin optimization.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Thai for global supplier and executive communication.
