System Analyst

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze and evaluate current systems for inefficiencies
• Gather business requirements from users and stakeholders
• Develop specifications for new or modified systems and create business requirement documentation
• Design and implement system solutions to resolve business problem
• Develop and execute test plans and cases to ensure system quality
• Identify, track, and report defects, collaborating with the development team
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications
• Support team members and end-users with technical manual
• Ensure compliance with best practices and standards through system change request documentation

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field; graduate degree or post-graduate training in business or management is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a System Analyst role
• At least 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst role
• Proficiency in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills for complex systems evaluation and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail for issue identification and resolution
• Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and programming languages is a plu
• Good command of English is a plu
