Network Consultant Engineer (Cloud Support Operation)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide remote support and T-Shoot in tech areas : AWS / Azure / Cloudflare • Guide to support the operation team by acting as being consultant team • Create post incident report and finding out countermeasure point • Handling incident which assigned from team leader and able to deliver output result with action taken manner • Report progressive of investigation result to leader daily basis • Standby on-call for non-working hour ( P1 incident )

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 3-5 years of experience. • Have experience with Network enterprise product. • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, Cloudflare, and Ironport Cloud services and technologies • Ability to work effectively in a remote and cross-functional team environment
