Maintain satisfactions of potential new customers by: Answering basic questions of product and service questions; suggesting basic information about Online Marketing services.

Hand over customers to Sales team for closing the deal.

Maintain satisfactions of existing customers by: Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about Online Marketing services especially Website.

Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up with related parties to ensure resolution done properly under agreed SLA.

Understand customer insight and keep complete records for improving products and services.

Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Able to work in shift rotation.

At least 1 year experience in Customer Service and related fields. Fair website knowledge is preferable. Skillful in MS office (Words, Excel and Power Point).

xcellent communication skills in Thai with good communication skills in English (Both speaking and writing), business negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding ability to think creatively with great analytic and problem solving skill aiming to customer satisfaction.

High level of integrity, self-motivation, and time management with goal and deadline orientation mindset.

Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
