QA Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Managing the quality management system to align with the company's quality policies and objectives
• Developing and implementing quality assurance standards and process controls, including methods for inspection, testing, and sampling
• Effectively communicating and promoting the quality management system to ensure awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
• Managing waste in production and continuously improving efficiency within production processes
• Collaborating with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions for quality issues
• Investigating the root causes of defects and proposing solutions to address quality issues
• Identifying opportunities and implementing solutions for continuous improvement in work process efficiency and accuracy
• Identifying and managing potential business risks and opportunities within the scope of responsibility
• Assessing and reviewing materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality
• Handling supplier development activities and managing customer complaints effectively
• Managing and verifying product/production quality-related documents, including compliance statements, certifications, audit reports, specifications, quality agreements, and customer statements in the quality manual
• Performing other assigned duties and projects

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance and production processes within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Minitab, SAP, and Quick View would be an advantage
• Possess a proactive
