>>>>> Role Purpose

You will build and scale our international channel network—recruiting and enabling resellers/distributors/partners to sell, deliver, and support our solutions effectively, with consistent standards and measurable growth.

>>>>>>> Key Responsibilities

Recruit, evaluate, and onboard international resellers/distributors/channel partners

Design and manage the Channel Program (pricing, discount structure, margins/commissions, partner tiers, and territory rules)

Drive Partner Enablement: training, sales kits, demos, playbooks, proposal templates—so partners can sell successfully

Run regular pipeline & forecast reviews with partners and track performance (weekly/monthly cadence)

Support strategic opportunities through co-selling when needed, then transition accounts to partners

Work closely with Customer Success/Support to ensure delivery and after-sales service meet standards

Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth execution across markets

Represent the company at international trade shows/exhibitions occasionally to generate partner leads and new opportunities

Knowledge and competence qualifications

3–7 years (or equivalent) experience in Channel Sales / Distributor Management / Partnerships

Strong hunter mindset: proactive opportunity creator, comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and driving results

Solid understanding of channel mechanics: margin/tier structures, quotas, pipeline management, partner performance

Strong negotiation and closing skills; able to handle basic commercial terms and partner agreements

Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Willing to travel internationally occasionally and thrive in a fast-growing environment
