Role Overview >>>>> The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) owns the company’s end-to-end revenue growth in a SaaS business—from revenue strategy and demand generation to pipeline management, deal closing, and revenue expansion through both domestic sales and international partners. This role aligns Domestic Sales, International Partnerships, and Marketing under shared targets and measurable KPIs.
1) SaaS Revenue Ownership
1.1 Own company-wide revenue targets (e.g., ARR/MRR growth, New ARR, Expansion)
1.2 Manage the full funnel: Lead → Pipeline → Close, setting operating standards across teams
1.3 Drive consistent revenue forecasting, improve forecast accuracy, and execute plans to close target gaps
2) Lead Domestic Sales
2.1 Define and execute sales strategies by segment/territory/customer type to achieve targets
2.2 Build and improve the sales system: playbook, processes, deal reviews, and team capability development
2.3 Own and refine pricing, discount guidelines, and commission plans to fit SaaS economics and protect margin
3) Lead International Partnerships (Partner/Channel-led Growth)
3.1 Build revenue through partners: Recruit → Enable → Co-sell → Close
3.2 Design and optimize the partner program: margins/discounts, benefits, co-selling rules and governance
3.3 Track and elevate partner performance with clear KPIs (partner-sourced pipeline/ARR, active partners, etc.)
4) Lead Marketing (Revenue-driven Demand)
4.1 Develop marketing strategy to generate high-quality demand for both direct sales and partner channels
4.2 Improve funnel conversion (e.g., MQL → SQL → Win) and lead quality
4.3 Run measurable campaigns, content, events, and exhibitions aligned with revenue outcomes
5) Metrics & Alignment
5.1 Establish revenue KPI/OKR framework and a unified dashboard across teams
5.2 Create clear operating rules between Sales/Partners/Marketing to reduce overlap and friction 5.2 Work closely with CEO/COO/CTO to drive scalable and structured growth
3.2 Pricing & packaging / value proposition to drive growth
3.3 Funnel analysis to identify bottlenecks and accelerate conversion (Lead → Win → Expansion)
3.4 Plans to grow New ARR and Expansion/Up-sell, including partner-led revenue growth
4) Excellent English (Business Fluent) in speaking, listening, reading, and writing
4.1 Comfortable in partner negotiations and international meetings
4.2 Able to write business emails, proposals, meeting notes, and deliver presentations in English
5) Experience in international channel/partner management or overseas market expansion is a strong plus
6) Strong presentation and business writing skills in both Thai and English
7) Results-driven, hands-on, structured, and effective at leading cross-functional teams Note: English communication will be assessed during the interview process.
