3. Execution & Delivery

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

At least 5 years of experience in Product / Software / Tech

Strong understanding of software development (Web / Mobile / SaaS)

Hands-on experience using AI tools in real work environments

Strong systems thinking and decision-making skills

Excellent communication with both technical and business teams

Experience building SaaS or platform products

Proven experience applying AI in real product development

Experience improving underperforming or legacy systems

Understanding of UX/UI and customer journey

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
