Responsible

  • Handle daily office administration and financial operations. Focus on verifying and archiving documents, recording income and expenses in the system, and preparing necessary financial paperwork. Accurately set up and process fund transfers via e-Banking to ensure timely and traceable transactions. Support general office administrative needs.

  • General Administrative Support Document Control: Manage the filing/registration of incoming and outgoing documents, create physical files, scan files, and prepare/update office forms. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, book rooms and equipment, and prepare concise meeting minutes. Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate the purchasing of office supplies, manage mail/courier services (messenger), and liaise with partner companies/vendors. General Support: Provide front-desk support, answer/direct phone calls, and handle general liaison/coordination tasks as assigned.

  • Qualifications and Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and basic formulas). Familiarity with Accounting/ERP systems. Core Competencies: Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a high volume of documents effectively. Strong time discipline and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments.
