หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key Responsibilities: • Manage & Supervise 3PL warehouse parties (manager and staff level) to deliver high standard of service • Utilize the storage area for high effective inventory management • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy • Supervise and Monitor the 3PL on historic activity management including the certified document filing, to be met requirement of Distribution Quality Management • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods • Leverage quality of service, Seek for room of improvement in warehouse, related to customer’s voice (feedback, advices, complaint) • Measure and report to VCO Director the effectiveness of warehousing activities and 3PL (25 staffs)performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field  A minimum of 5 years of relevant supervisory experience Previous experience in supervising or coaching and developing staff required  Has experienced in FMCG Business is advantaged  Has experienced managed 3rd party in logistics and cost is preferred Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good in English (reading, writing and speaking)
