หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  To supervise the logistic operations e.g. shipment reception process, prepare the shipment for daily deliveries for local retailers, coordinate within the internal departments regarding the stock transfer & local delivery schedule and etc. (Documentation and Inventory system management).  Warehouse (internal & external) management duties include maintaining inventory level, ordering materials, warehouse cleanliness and preparing monthly stock report. Keeping the highest security, safe working environment and optimize space utilization. Focusing on the general inventory.  To make the shipment delivery to the retailers in Bangkok area, if being requested, in a normal situation.  70 % working in the office (documentation & internal warehouse) and 30% working in other operation fields (external warehouse & local retailers).  To supervise and follow-up the Import & Export process and Thai Customs clearance.  Local retails image management. To maintain best conditions of the window display - sales accessory at local retailers. Keep up an up-to-date record and photo of retailers.  Organize the change of boutique seasonal display, visual and logo schedule. Coordinate with 3rd party such as a contractor for the quotation and work details, if necessary.  Support and communicate with the internal office, local retailers, suppliers and regional HQ to achieve target and mutual satisfaction. Support and participate in any event related to logistic operations, if being requested/ or assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

•  Male age between 25-33 years.  Bachelor’s degree in related field.  At least 5 years experienced in Logistics Operation/ Inventory Control & Warehouse Management, Import-Export. Additional skills regarding the Store Management/ Retails Management.  Proficiency command of Thai and English.  Driving License is needed
