Responsible

  • Welcome visitors, candidates, and business partners with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incoming calls and general inquiries, ensuring accurate coordination and timely message handling.
  • Maintain reception and common areas in line with CHANINTR’s brand standards and visual excellence.
  • Coordinate courier and messenger services for documents and small packages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, letters, invoices, and official documents.
  • Manage meeting room schedules and ensure rooms are fully prepared for internal and external use.
  • Maintain and update internal contact lists, distribution lists, and office documentation.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for executives and visiting staff when required.
  • Assist with basic expense tracking and petty cash management related to office operations.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies, pantry stock, and stationery to maintain appropriate.
  • Support purchasing processes and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate with team for access cards, parking arrangements, and security matters.
  • Monitor office maintenance requirements (cleaning, repairs, equipment servicing).
  • Coordinate operational requirements between Head Office and Showrooms to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide administrative support to HR, including documentation preparation, data updates, and filing.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and internal HR activities.
  • Coordinate recruitment such as scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and welcoming candidates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for basic employee inquiries related to office facilities and HR procedures, escalating to HR when appropriate.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience supporting HR functions will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with standard office equipment.
  • Service-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Pleasant personality, professional presentation, and a positive, proactive mindset.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
