Concrete Plant Manager (กรุงเทพฯ)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Work Location: Plant Manager (ฺกรุงเทพฯ) - Manage the normal operation process of responsible RMX plant (minimum 3 plants or minimum 2on-site plant which has to respond) to achieve target and comply with the company rules, regulations, system, law, and management expectations. - Manage and control plant’s machine available for operate and produce concrete in order to serve order and job which comes to plant including monitor RMX plants repair and maintain works, plant up grade and machine over haul. - Keep relationship with customers and communities. - Manage plant budget to achieve the effective production work. - Develop and motivate all members of plant team in order to produce quality product and effective operation. - Achieve and maintain 100% quality, customer services

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - B. Eng. in Civil Engineering or related fields. - Minimum 2 years successful experience in Assistant Plant Manager position. - Background in Concrete plant, Construction - Knowledge on concrete technology, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment - Investigation and root cause analysis skill - Management and Communication skill - Certification of safety officer and Engineer License - Driver License - TOEIC having, is a plus
