Managed and increased export sales in Vietnam and Cambodia by collaborating with our company’s hired promoter and exploring opportunities to partner with new clients to achieve sales targets.

Develop strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers in the region.

Seek and negotiate new business opportunities to expand market reach.

Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients.

Update clients’ purchasing teams about our product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Recruit, train, and supervise Promoters (PCs) at retail locations to ensure effective product representation.

Monitor the performance of PCs and ensure they meet sales targets and brand guidelines.

Conduct product training sessions for both clients and in-store promoters to enhance product knowledge.

Provide regular market insights and reports to the management team.

Suggest strategic improvements based on data-driven decision-making.

Work closely with marketing, logistics and product teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Coordinate export documentation, shipments, and after-sales support to ensure seamless delivery.

Ensure compliance with local market regulations and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field. or equivalent

3+ years of experience in export sales, international trade, or business development, preferably in the kitchen or home appliance, home improvement, sanitary ware, or consumer electronics industry.

Strong understanding of Vietnamese and Cambodian markets, including retail and distribution channels.

Experience in managing sales teams, promoters, or in-store brand representatives is an advantage.

Fluency in English (spoken and written); Thai or Vietnamese/Cambodian language skills are a plus.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to travel frequently to Vietnam and Cambodia for business visits.
