• 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat or email within SLA 2. Answer and resolve customer inquiries regarding computer software or hardware issues. 3. Install, diagnose and perform minor repairs of hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. 4. Provide consultation and solution to customer, converting requirements into successful implementation 5.Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. 6.Provide training and manual to customer

• 1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields 2. Able to communicate Good negotiation 3. Ability to work as a team 4. Diligent, patient, honest and service-minded 5. Have determination and enthusiasm 6. Good command in English
