Sales and Operation Manager

• PURPOSE (KEY OBJECTIVES) : To oversee and direct the operations of the Factory Coordination Team as well as the Export Sales team to achieve their financial and statutory requirement.
• As a Sales and Operation Manager, you are expected to work both with front end and back end team as job requires.
• PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY: Stock safeguarding • Act as the main point of contact during the exhibition
• • Plan and establish the SOP for company’s operation especially stock related part with accounting department
• • Engage in month-end stock counting to ensure the smooth and accurate process is exercised
• • Train the team as well as sales staff about the process related to stock handling and other operational issues
• • Understand, analyse and propose the appropriate strategies to facilitate and enhance the operation and sales
• • Coordinate with the relevant team on to ensure the smooth operation for the company i.e. between back-end and front end which includes the factory and office as well as factory and retail point of sales
• • Be vigilant on the theft and fraud from all stakeholders Factory coordinating
• • Demonstrate the strong leadership in order to manage the team effectively and efficiently
• • Establish the system and SOP to make sure the team members are aware of their duties and adhere to them
• • Ensure the smooth communication is exercised between the factory, back-office and sales
• • Cross check on the costing of the products through the OS systems to ensure that the cost is accurate and mark up is appropriately priced
• • Help on the daily work to the team members if needed to avoid the bottle-neck in between the process
• • Work alongside other departments to come up with sound feedback on the product development
• • Update on the product knowledge and market competition in order to devise the right strategies Export and Wholesales Sales
• • Plan, attend and manage the exhibition both locally as well as foreign countries
• • Establish the forecast of wholesale sales and expense budget with the management
• • Responsible for the enforcing the team members to issue the quotation, invoice and deposit note etc.
• • Facilitate and plan the promotion with marketing team for the sales team to help the team achieve the established goal

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• EXPERIENCE: Retail/Sales Manager in luxury industry preferred
• SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE: • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer applications required
• • Leadership experience jewellery or related fields
• • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• • Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail Good command in English, excellent communication in Thai and organizational skills
• • Ability to focus attention on customers’ needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
