R&D Packaging Executive - Beverage

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead packaging validations for new materials and machinery, ensuring every package meets top-tier standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, suppliers, OEMs, and more to deliver customer-centric packaging solutions.
• Design and execute test methods and validation protocols for cutting-edge packaging projects.
• Drive packaging innovation and improvement initiatives from concept to launch.
• Take on additional responsibilities that support the packaging development mission.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging & Materials Technology or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in packaging development for Executive level
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools
• Experience with food safety standards like FSSC 22000, GMP, and BRC is a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of packaging validation standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
