Senior IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and define short-term and long-term IT strategies (IT Roadmap) in alignment with the company's vision.
• Lead the organization's Digital Transformation and apply new technologies to enhance competitive advantage.
• Oversee all infrastructure systems such as Network, Server, Cloud, Database, and Telecommunications to ensure High Availability.
• Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of core enterprise software systems such as ERP, CRM, or company-specific systems.
• Establish IT Security Policies and standards to prevent data leaks or cyber attacks.
• Develop and rehearse emergency response and system recovery plans (Business Continuity Plan & Disaster Recovery Plan - BCP/DRP).
• Ensure IT systems comply with laws and regulations such as PDPA or ISO 27001.
• Prepare and control the annual IT department budget, covering both capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX) for maximum cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and negotiate with external service providers (Vendors / Outsource) to obtain services according to Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards.
• Lead, motivate, evaluate performance, and develop the potential of IT team members.
• Coordinate with C-Level management and communicate technical matters simply to executives and other departments.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the IT field.
• At least 5 years of experience at the Management Level, overseeing medium to large-sized IT teams.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), Cybersecurity, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Business Acumen: Understand business processes and be able to use IT to solve problems or generate revenue for the organization.
• Communication and Leadership: High leadership qualities, excellent Presentation Skills, and excellent English communication skills.
• Problem Solving: Good Critical Thinking skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
