Quality Assurance

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing to identify and report defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review user stories, technical designs, and other documentation to ensure testability and quality.
• Manually test software applications and systems to verify functionality, usability, and performance.
• Document and track defects, providing detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce them.
• Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously monitor and communicate testing progress, identifying potential risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.
• Participate in test case reviews and provide feedback to improve test coverage and effectiveness.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems and test management tools.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with database technologies, such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Knowledge on APIs technology and integration (RESTful, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
