IT Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on creating a scalable foundation for future growth and the integration of tools like Power BI and ERP systems.
• System & Security Overhaul: Design, implement, and manage secure and scalable, network systems, servers, and cloud environments. This includes establishing robust data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team, while working closely with all internal departments to ensure new systems meet business requirements. You will be a key agent of change within the organization.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts to ensure optimal performance and value
• Project Management: Oversee all IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.
• IT Operations and Maintenance: Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and support of our IT infrastructure. Software/Hardware/Network
• Digital Transformation: Lead our company-wide transition from basic IT to advanced software, ERP systems, and robust security measures.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the IT field, with at least 3 years in management or leadership role.
• Broad knowledge of IT systems, including network infrastructure, server management, and cybersecurity principles.
• Knowledge in construction field will be a plus.
• Experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft 365 administration (Email, SharePoint, Teams).
• IT security systems such as firewalls and endpoint protection.
