On-site Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Perform system and infrastructure installation, monitoring, and maintenance for customers • Act as a primary contact point for providing support and service to customers • Maintain customer production systems according to service requests • Manage the incidents/requests and report to the stakeholders

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields. • New grads are welcome • Excellent communication skill • Great service-minded attitude • Experience in and familiar with Unix/Linux commands, database servers • Proactive team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment • Fair command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus • Be able to work independently, but also willing to contribute and work as a team • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
