Marketing Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal activities, and brand initiatives for assigned brands.
• Coordinate new product launches and promotional activities with Operations, R&D, Purchasing, and other relevant teams.
• Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and launch schedules.
• Coordinate social media content, creative materials, captions, and digital communication with internal teams or external agencies.
• Support online marketing activities across social media, delivery platforms, and other digital channels.
• Manage in-store marketing materials and POSM to ensure timely and consistent execution across stores.
• Support CRM, customer engagement, and promotional communication initiatives where applicable.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales results, customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Prepare regular marketing reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, landlords, business partners, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with each brand’s identity, guidelines, and business objectives.
• Support other brand and marketing-related initiatives as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, retail, bakery, café, or consumer brands will be highly preferred.
• Experience managing campaigns, product launches, social media, and in-store marketing activities.
• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Good command of Thai and working English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
