Support Analyst (Project : Lotus's สัญญาจ้าง 10 เดือน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ancillary software.
• Quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated.
• Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) environments and migration of configurations between environments.
• Report changes in Dashboard and SSRS Report.
• Modifying existing reports with additional search criteria.
• Develop and mentor operations team members.
• Take care of Warehouse Management System (WMS) data administration including tasks such as new users, menus, locations, pick and put-away sequences, zone data, etc.
• Design and implement enhancements and modifications to existing customer Warehouse Management System (WMS) environments.
• Know how to do SQL performance monitoring/index and query tuning.
• Manage and Develop team.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Management Information System
• Able to work in shifts
• Experience in SQL/Oracle and database procedures
• May have supply chain and distribution industry knowledge.
• May have some knowledge of barcode scanning and RF hardware.
• May have some knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• May have some networking experience (Cisco, WAN/LAN troubleshooting).
• Experience with voice software like Honeywell/Vocollect, Voxware etc. Expertise with interface technologies – TCO/IP Sockets, XML etc.
• Have excellent English communication skill.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can prioritize tasks and self-manage.
• Has an analytical mindset and is a critical thinker.
• Have ability to work in agile teams by defining and planning work backlog, and determining ways for the team.
