System Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• To get, analyze and troubleshoot system issue and coordinate with related team to solve issue
• Investigate root cause and find out solution to fix issue from support team and development team to share back to customer and related parties.
• Responsible for implement and support application (web application and mobile application)
• Coordinate and support related team (customer, internal team and vendor) for any problem or request
• Web Application and mobile Application test during System Test phase as per specification
• Support application deployment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology/Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Knowledge in helpdesk and system administration tools usage, end-user service
• Knowledge in: Skill UNIX / Linux/VMware / ** Azure Cloud / Window Server
• Able to handle multiple tasks at once and works well under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skill, Mature, Hard Working, Self-Initiative, Enthusiastic and Service minded
