• • Initial distribution planning • Create STO (Stock Transport Order) • Create Deliveries • Communication of undeliverable • Move STO (Change Dispatching Plant) • Change Planed Delivery Date • Making sure that the planning is carried out in accordance with the Planning procedure and make necessary rearrangements • Distributing volumes based on cost-effective, environmentally friendly and service-minded requirements, i.e., comparing incoming orders with available packaging and give directives to concerned processes • When necessary, affecting delegated purchasing transports in accordance with the delegated purchasing procedure • Main contact with terminals and depots • Prioritizing sorting and washing in agreement with the terminals. • If necessary, altering orders, volumes of orders and delivery days in agreement with the responsible Area Coordinator. • Set inventory frequency for terminals and depots
