หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and maintain live-streaming equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Lead and supervise the live-streaming team (hosts, planners, designers, operators).
• Develop and implement live-streaming strategies, including content planning and short video concepts.
• Oversee short video production, including editing and publishing.
• Monitor live-stream performance metrics and continuously optimize for better engagement and sales conversion.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 – 10 years of Proven experience in live-streaming management or e-commerce live operations (preferably Shopee, TikTok or similar platforms).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Skilled in video planning, production, and editing tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Fluent in Thai, with good English or Chinese communication skills preferred.
