• • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and distributors to position our brand as their Preferred Brand.
• • Sales & Account Planning: Analyze market trends and collaborate with clients and distributors to develop promotional plans that drive sales performance according to KPIs.
• • Negotiation: Manage commercial agreements, Trading Terms, and budgets with distributors to maximize profitability for both parties.
• • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution and top-tier client service.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• • 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Distributor Management.
• • Strong background in Consumer Electronics, AIoT, IoT, Mobile, or Technology industries.
• • Strong skills in sales planning, negotiation, account management, distributor management, and business development.
• • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills.
• • Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
• • Results-oriented with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
