หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. To co-ordinate and develop the use of all resources under his/her control, liaison with the General Manager and paying particular attention to staff management, individual development and safety requirements. 2. To meet and build on profit/surplus targets for the fitness facility, in line with need and the company goal. 3. To develop profitable fitness products, programmers and pricing to reflect customer needs identified from the targeting of market segments, in liaison with the Marketing Manager, General Manager, and CEO. 4. To provide regular fitness revenue expenditure and staff Rota forecasts for use by the General Manager, for monitoring and budgeting purposes. 5. To actively participate in ‘Month End Performance Reviews’ with the General Manager and plan for the following month. 6. To ensure that all resourcing plans, for both staffing and equipment, are designed to ensure optimum cost effectiveness whilst maintaining standards of quality and safety standards. 7. To be responsible for monitoring and amending a detailed quality ‘WE-Beyond” for a standard of all personal trainer, consisting of product specifications and operational procedures in relation to the programmer, resourcing, quality and safety requirements. 8. To provide the highest standards of customer care and service by ensuring all employees adhere to the standards laid out. 9. To ensure that all equipment within the facility is maintained to safe and usable standard and new equipment is purchased as necessary to ensure provision of programmers at all times. 10. To liaise with the Marketing Section in monitoring customer satisfaction levels based on research information, customer comment forms and customer letters. 11. To be responsible for taking any resultant action from such information. 12. To maintain an awareness of trends and new developments in the fitness industry to ensure that the services offered respond to industry needs. 13. To maintain a safe working environment for both customers and staff. Identifying areas of concern and reporting these, as appropriate to the General Manager and Technical Facilities
