Responsible

Service on Floor - Supervise, give advice, assist members to achieve safety maximum exercise. - Recommend exercise including the proper use of equipment for members. - Build good relationships with members to provide exercising easy and fun.

Personal Training - Give advice to members about exercise and use of exercise equipment correctly. - Design exercise programs that are suitable for members. - Train members in the proper use of exercise equipment according to trained guidelines. - Cultivate a good attitude in exercising for members. - Engage new members to join the exercise program. - Prepare daily coaching reports sent to supervisors.

Group Class - Create a fun and quality group fitness experience with members. - Teach classes according to program standards. - Motivate and provide feedback to enable members to get the most out of the workouts. - Participating in activities to make exercise fun and create activities to provide the best exercise experience for members.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Open to all genders. Graduated with a degree in Sports Science or holds a certified fitness instruction license from a recognized organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in business set-up or pre-opening projects is a significant advantage. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrates flexibility, creativity, and effective problem-solving abilities. Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written. Passionate about wellness and enthusiastic about fitness and exercise. Well-mannered, presentable, and of good moral character. Strong service-minded attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. Proactive, energetic, and a fast learner.
