**For Export**

Prepare draft and final Commercial Invoice / Packing list and RVC, Photo loading

Contact and coordinate with forwarder and Booking up to export term ( CIF , C&F, Ex-work …)

Check document for Export such as L/C, B/L, C/O Form and other for reduce import duty

Contact and coordinate with sale and customer for package and forwarder for Export

Prepare for Operational Certification Procedures for interim Rules of Origin by Rover Plus system. ( Asean , FTA (India), TAFTA (Australia) )

Prepare for renew license with DFT and Chamber of Commerce

Improve and maintain processes, policies, and procedures to ensure effective

Other tasks as assigned

**For Import**

Check B/L, Commercial Invoice / Packing list.

Contact and coordinate with forwarder for Import customs clearance

Prepare the photo goods / raw material and name in Thai for Import customs clearance and Import duty

Prepare documents for TISI and Department of Agriculture

Follow up Shipment and up to date to all concerned

Check Import declaration for import duty according Thai customs

Average import cost for unit price ( include all expense )

Other tasks as assigned

Good command of Microsoft Office

High responsibility and able work as a team under pressure.

Positive attitude, flexible, service-minded and good communication skills.

Will be considered if have experience in Express Software
