Telesales (English Speaking) Salary:22,000 + Commission

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service • Answer questions about products or the company • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed • Enter and update customer information in the database • Take and process orders in an accurate manner • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information • Achieved sale target

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai nationality only; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • Fluent in written and spoken English • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English. • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints • Have background in selling financial products from other banks, or travel agents will be plus • The ability to work as a team
