Senior Technical IT Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: • Technical support services relating to standard software, hardware, and accessories for PC, Laptops, Printers, Scanner and other IT equipment. • Support HQ, Trat Users and company events. • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks including IT equipment contracts. • Take responsibility for ordering necessary IT office supplies. • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). • Contact and negotiate with vendor for IT purchasing and device fixing price. • Manage the email system office 365. • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management. • Identify IT service improvement and provide feedback on areas for improvement. • Proactively survey HQ and Trat to check IT equipment and log any faults or damage in the IT Helpdesk and take adequate measures. • Perform duties and oversee other tasks as assigned.

• Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • Thai National. • Female/Male aged not over 35 year old. • At least 3 years of experience in IT Systems Support & Services. • Proactive with highly responsible attitude, always willing to acquire new skills. • Highly self-motivated to achieve the responsible assignment. • Ability to quickly gain to work with new technologies. • Works well under pressure and works well in a team. • Service minded and problem solving techniques. • Confidence and out-going characteristics
