Senior Marketing Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Accountable for delivery of our most high profile and influential marketing campaigns 2. Ensure the smooth-running of any production process, with particular responsibility for the accurate setting of copy design and artwork. 3. Identify target markets and work with insight and market research to inform content and campaign planning. 4. Plan marketing communication strategies to meet our highest priorities and liaise with all members of the campaign team to ensure effective and efficient delivery as part of an “internal agency”. 5. Analyse the results of all marketing activity and present findings and recommendations to Engagement Manager. 6. Lead marketing projects through cross functional and cross-departmental teams. 7. Ensure that a product or service matches the brand positioning 8. Liaise internally within the team and highest profile internal clients to ensure all additional marketing and promotional projects are effectively co-ordinated through the content calendar, so that all deadlines are met and budgets managed effectively. 9. Help to monitor competitor activity - and report on it. 10. Use the Society’s membership database to ensure marketing best practice is maintained at all times and lead by example showing the value that data can bring to the organisation. Use the Society’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to add and retrieve data for campaigns and to report on the effectiveness of campaigns. Ensure Data Protection Act (DPA) and General Data Protection (GDP) regulations are being satisfied. 11. Liaise with external agencies to ensure projects are dealt with in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner, and ensure they have a clear understanding of the marketing strategy. 12. Take proactive steps to continue to develop own marketing and design expertise, with support from others, to help ensure that best practice advice is available to the Society. 13. Manage all activities and campaign plans through the RACI

• -Age between 35-45 years old -Able to think strategically and deliver project goals -Demonstrable experience of working well in multi-disciplined/cross-functional teams -Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with outside agencies and internal colleagues -Strong leadership and influencing skills -Post graduate professional marketing qualification (e.g. IMC) -Experience of working with databases -Experience using market research -Appreciation of the importance of legal and regulatory frameworks -Strong analytical, administrative and organisation skills and great attention to detail -Creative digital skills; Working knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop or Illustrator -Demonstrable initiative and enthusiasm, and the ability to multi-task -Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline
