หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and execute regional trade marketing plans aligned with overall marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive activities, translating them into actionable trade marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand channel partner needs, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
• Create and implement trade marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns to drive product awareness, trial, and sales growth.
• Provide guidance and support to channel partners on trade marketing best practices, brand guidelines, and promotional strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on trade marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities, analyzing data and metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the product management team to provide market insights and input on product development, pricing, and positioning strategies.
• Manage the regional trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenditures.
• Stay updated on Traditional Trade and Modern Trade trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities, providing recommendations to enhance trade marketing strategies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven experience at least 4 years in trade marketing or related roles, preferably within the FMCG space.
• Strong knowledge of trade marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful trade marketing plans and campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in Trade Marketing for both MT and TT
